Day 1: El Prat Barcelona Airport (BCN) - Hotel Catalonia Park Putxet (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at El Prat Barcelona Airport (BCN), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Barcelona City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Tapas Tour)

After breakfast, proceed for Barcelona City Tour:

[La Sagrada Familia] also known as the Sagrada Família, designed by the Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí (1852–1926), his work on the building is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Continue for sightseeing photo spots:

- Monument Christopher Columbus

- Olympic Stadium

- Gothic Quarter

- Plaza Espana

- Plaza Mayor

Lunch at local restaurant.

Spend some leisure time at [La Rambla]

Evening, [enjoy a Tapas Tour in Barcelona].

Day 3: Barcelona - Montserrat - Barcelona (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, transfer to Montserrat.

[Montserrat] offers you some of the most spectacular mountain views of Catalunya. You will learn about Worldfamous Montserrat Choir boys’ recitals along with details on the mountain walks with breath-taking views.

Lunch at local restaurant. 

Drive back to Barcelona. 

Transfer back to hotel and free at your own leisure. 

Dinner at your own arrangement.

Day 4: Barcelona (Breakfast)

Enjoy a free day to explore Barcelona by own. 

Lunch and dinner at your own arrangement.

Day 5: Barcelona - Madrid (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, transfer to Barcelona Sants Train Station.

Take AVE High Speed train to Madrid. (Tourist Class) 

Upon arrive Madrid Atocha Train Station, transfer to have lunch. 

Lunch at local restaurant. 

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Day 6: Madrid City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, proceed for Madrid City Tour:

[Royal Palace] is the official residence of the Spanish royal family at the city of Madrid, although now used only for state ceremonies. The place is the largest royal palace in Europe.    

Continue for sightseeing photo spots:

- Plaza Mayor

- Plaza Espana

- Plaza de Cibeles

- Puerta de Alcala

- Puerta del Sol

Lunch at local restaurant.

Spend some leisure time at Madrid shopping district [Gran Via]. 

Transfer back to hotel and free at your own leisure.

Day 7: Madrid - Toledo - Madrid (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to Toledo.

[Toledo] one of the most beautiful cities of Spain and an amazing museum without doors full of history, culture and art. It was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986.

Lunch at local restaurant. 

Drive back to Madrid. 

[Farewell Dinner at local restaurant with Flamenco Show].

Sit back, relax and enjoy the dinner while watching a flamenco show. Day 8: Hotel Rafael Ventas - Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Madrid Barajas Airport (MAD) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Located in the busy Alcalá shopping street in Madrid, Rafaelhoteles Ventas is 100 m from El Carmen Metro Station. It features classic décor.

The rooms are spacious, all exterior without carpet. They are equipped with seasonal air conditioning and heating, as well as a marble bathroom with bathtub. The property also provides free Wi-Fi.

The Las Ventas bullring is 500 m away, while Madrid’s Salamanca district is a 10-minute walk from the Hotel Rafael Ventas. The IFEMA Conference Centre and Barajas Airport are both within a short drive.

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 30 persons. If less than 30 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
