Day 1: Arrival Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) - Pathumwan Princess Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

Our airport representative will be stationed at airport International Terminal, from 9:30am - 6:00pm.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time.(If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

Welcome desk set up at hotel lobby from 9:00am - 6:00pm.

7.00pm: Welcome International Buffet / Thai Set Menu Dinner at hotel function room or restaurant, venue depending on the number of pax. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: (9:00am - 4:30pm) Full day Bangkok Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Royal Grand Palace, Emerald Buddha Temple, Wat Pho, and Wat Trimit.

[Royal Grand Palace] it was the major architecture symbol of the Thai Royal Family, it used for ceremonial purposes in the present time. Today, it is use for hosting royal ceremonies and welcoming the noble guests. This palace is divided into two zone, which is the Royal Residence and the Temple of Emerald Buddha. The Royal Residence zone has been divided into three areas, which is Outer, Middle, and Inner Court.

[Wat Pho] is one of the most visited Buddhist temples in Bangkok, and a place where history, medical science and educational institute combined. Wat Pho is founded during 16 century, it is known as "The Nation's First Public University" with a total of 1360 marble inscriptions, where everyone can read it anytime. 

[Wat Traimit] also known as Golden Buddha Temple, formerly named as "Wat Sam Chin Tai" or "Wat Traimit Wittayaram" in Thai. You are able to see the world largest solid golden Buddha image here, with roughly 3 meters tall, and 5 tons of weights. First floor contains a museum and Chinatown heritage centre. Second floor contains an exhibition on history of the Golden Buddha, the Golden Buddha Image is located at the third floor.

Lunch at Baiyoke Sky - Enjoy the International Buffet at the best tallest viewpoints in Bangkok.

After lunch, enjoy a 2-hours Thai Traditional Massage.

Transfer back to hotel.

Dinner is Chao Phraya River Dinner Cruise.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)
