Day 1: Arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) - LE MÉRIDIEN N'FIS (Welcome Dinner）

Upon arrival at Marrakesh Airport (RAK), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel’s check-in time is 3:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Full Day Marrakech Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After a rich breakfast, meet with the guide to visit historical Marrakech.

[The Menara Garden] One of the most popular themes on postcards from Marrakech is an ochre edifice facing the snowy Atlas Mountains. This is the Menara Gardens. A very popular attraction among locals.

[The Saadian Tombs] located just outside Marrakech and were constructed during the reign of Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur in the late 16th century. This is the resting place of al-Mansur, his family, and other notable officials from that era. These tombs were discovered in 1917; restoration began shortly thereafter. Today, much of its original splendour has been restored. 

[The Bahia Palace] A 19th century building, consisting of rooms decorated with stunning stuccos, paintings and mosaics palace and a set of gardens located in Marrakech, Morocco. The Bahia Palace was intended to be the greatest palace of its time. The name of the Bahia Palace means in Arabic “brilliance”

[The Koutoubia] Located in Marrakesh's Djemaa el Fna Square, is a landmark and the largest mosque in Marrakesh, Morocco

[The Dar Si Saïd Museum] the oldest museum in the city with the greatest number of works of art exhibited. The Museum is officially called the Museum of Moroccan Arts.

Lunch at local restaurant - Albaraka or similar. 

Afternoon, visit the famous Djemaa El Fna square with its surrounding souks and handicraft quarters.

[Djemaa El Fna Square] Is known to locals as the 'heart of the city'. It is a part of Marrakech that presents an ever changing character with the rising of the sun and well into the night. It is a cultural mix of color, scents, sight and sound and is one of the liveliest attractions in Morocco. Visitors and tourists should not miss the opportunity to spend time in Djemaa el Fna, not only by day, but also at night.

Dinner at local restaurant - Moroccan restaurant.

Day 3: Excursion to Essaouira (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Indulge your pleasant breakfast in the hotel and take a 3 hours drive, you'll reach the old port of Mogador built by the Portuguese in a narrow peninsula near an immense crescent of fine sand. Perfectly protected by its impressive walls of French construction of the eighteenth century the town is pedestrianized and is easily divided into different quarters by its design shaped squared.

Lunch at local restaurant - Restaurant Atlas Essaouira or similar

Skala can be seen from the top of the colorful fishing harbor, forts and cannons Spanish. Essaouira is also known by its fine craftsmanship especially objects interposed so delicious with lemon wood, ebony, mother of pearl or silver or copper wires.

Afternoon return to Marrakech.

Enjoy dinner with show at local restaurant - Restaurant Chez Ali or similar

Day 4: Excursion To ASNI Ouirgane with 4x4 (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Enjoy your morning breakfast before departing to Ouirgane Valley, and drive to the south to enjoy some of Morocco's most beautiful countryside and the lake LALLA Takerkous that fills the fall floor. The ride takes 1.5 hours to Asni and then 30 minutes to Ouirgane. Asni & Ouirgane are two small Berber villages at the foot of the towering Atlas Mountains Grande. Visit traditional Berber villages, where you will be able to admire the handicrafts of the local people and explore stunning views of the Atlas Mountains.

Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch return via paved road.

The afternoon is free for you to spend at your own leisure.

Enjoy dinner with show at local restaurant - Jad Mahal or similar

Day  5: LE MÉRIDIEN N'FIS - Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
