Day 1: Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) - Holiday Inn Sandton

Upon arrival at Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport (JNB), please make your own arrangement to the hotel.

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check-in again later.

Day 2: Cradle of Humankind - Sterkfontein Caves(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Breakfast in hotel.

Depart on a full-day tour of Cradle of Humankind and Sterkfontein Caves.

[Cradle of Humankind] is one of the richest hominid sites in the world, where our famous ancestors, Mrs. Ples, Little Foot, and Sediba were discovered. This important site holds UNESCO World Heritage status as it holds 40% of the world's human ancestor fossils and today, these sites are still active archaeological digs. Aside from visiting the museum and Maropeng, the official visitor center, visitors can enjoy a guided tour of an active excavation.

Sterkfontein Caves is a well-known tourist attraction famous for its fossil finds. The site offers easy access to the caves, modern walkways, and a boardwalk past the excavation site where world-acclaimed fossils have been discovered. The venue also boasts an on-site restaurant and conference facilities. Tours run every half hour, beginning above ground and ending with a look inside the caves.

Transfer to Sandton City for leisure time for shopping.

Day 3: Half-day Pretoria City and Union Buildings tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast depart on a half-day tour of Pretoria City and Union Buildings.

[Pretoria] is South Africa’s administrative capital and the Union Buildings are the headquarters of the government in the region, housing the Presidential Offices. Designed by renowned architect Sir Herbert Baker as a tribute to the country’s union status, they were constructed between 1910 and 1913 from light-colored sandstone. The complex is impressive, stretching across almost 300 meters in a semicircular shape and featuring ornate towers on either side. It is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens encompassing a number of statues and memorials.

Transfer back to hotel.

Holiday Inn Sandton

is located in Johannesburg, less than 1 km from Sandton Convention Centre and just a 5-minute walk from Sandton Gautrain Station. The famous Nelson Mandela is just a 5-minute walk away. Nelson Mandela Square is less than a 10-minute walk away, which is a unique shopping plaza with various restaurants, shops, and playgrounds.

Holiday Inn Sandton has a panoramic rooftop swimming pool. The hotel’s rooms offer air conditioning with flat-screen TVs. It has modern wooden furnishings and blackout curtains, as well as a work desk and coffee maker. The private bathroom has granite countertops and a hairdryer.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

Important Notes
