Day 1: Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) - Melia Hotel(Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Hanoi Full Day Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, exploring Hanoi's historical vestiges.

[St. Joseph's Cathedral] a neo-Gothic edifice with twin bell towers to match those of Notre Dame de Paris, completed in 1886.

[Ba Dinh Square] where silent sentries guard the marble mausoleum in which Ho Chi Minh lies in state.

Continue to the modest stilted wooden  bungalow where Uncle Ho lived and worked.

[One Pillar Pagoda] a Buddhist pagoda with a history steeped in folklore.

[Temple of Literature] a serene retreat from the busy streets outside. Built in 1070 and dedicated to Confucius, it became Vietnam's first university.

Drive to and walk down Phan Dinh Phung Street, arguably Hanoi's if not Vietnam's, most attractive boulevard filled with both restored and rustic French-built villas.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Continuing your exploration of the city, resplendent with French colonial architecture including the exquisite, Opera House.

[Hoan Kiem Lake] also known as the 'Lake of the Restored Sword' after the legend that surrounds it, en-route to one of the city's many fascinating museums: choose from Ancient History, Military History or Fine Arts, depending on your personal interests. 

The Old Quarter of Hanoi by a combination of cyclo, electric buggy and walking *total duration approximately 2 hours*

Leave your hotel by cyclo and head into the old town navigating the narrow alleyways (about 20 minutes). Transfer to foot and walk with your guide through the small streets for approximately 30-40minutes to Dong Xuan. From here pick up a buggy and drive through another section of the ancient town for approximately 30 minutes before being dropped off at the theater to enjoy water puppet show.

Evening free at leisure.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, meet your guide and transfer to Tuan Chau Pier via highway.

11:30am - Check-in at Paradise Suites Hotel - Tuan Chau Island

After arriving at Paradise Suites Hotel on Tuan Chau Island, you will be transferred to Paradise Elegance.

12:30pm - Embark on Paradise Elegance

Once you have been transferred to Paradise Elegance, you will be checked-in and given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink at Le Marin restaurant.

1:00pm - Lunch At Le Marin Restaurant

Lunch will be served in Le Marin Restaurant while Paradise Elegance Cruises toward Halong Bay. You will pass the famous Fighting Cocks Islet, and Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves.

2:45pm - Visit Sung Sot Cave

Your second stop of the day is the magnificent Sung Sot Cave, where you can take in the panoramic views across Halong Bay after visiting the cave. Alternatively, you can opt for an afternoon of pampering at Le Parfum Spa *At own Expenses* or an afternoon tea in Le Piano bar.

4:15pm - Visit Tung Sau Pearl Farm or Kayak

Your first excursion is a visit to Tung Sau Pearl Farm, an area in Halong Bay dedicated to growing pearls and practicing a handmade technique based on Vietnamese tradition and Japanese technology. This is also an ideal destination for kayaking *at own expenses*. If this excursion doesn't take your fancy, stay on board and treat yourself to a delicious afternoon tea.

6:00pm - Cooking Demonstration and Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails

At sunset, Paradise Elegance will anchor overnight at Coconut Tree Island. Watch a cooking demonstration on the L'Odyssée Sundeck while enjoying Pre-Dinner Sunset Cocktails *at own expenses* at the bar.

7:30pm - Dinner at Le Marin Restaurant

Savour a delicious dinner at Le Marin Restaurant, or choose a special spot anywhere else on board to dine. After dinner, free at your own leisure or you may enjoy movies in your cabin. 

Overnight at Paradise Elegance (Join-in Cruise)


Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi (Breakfast)

6:30am - Tai Chi on L'Odyssée Sundeck

Watch the sunrise with a Tai Chi session on L'Odyssée Sundeck, followed by a light breakfast in Le Piano Bar.

7:30am - Ti top Island

You will visit popular Ti Top Island, where you can go swimming or hike to the top for another stunning, panoramic view of the Bay.

8:30am - Buffet Breakfast at Le Marin Restaurant

Back on board, a buffet breakfast will be served as we once again cruise past Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves and Fighting Cocks Islet before your bill settlement, check-out and return to Tuan Chau Island.

10.30am - Disembark at the Tuan Chau Marina

Meeting with our guide again and transfer back to Hanoi.

Drop off at hotel and check-in.

Free at leisure.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Day 5: Melia Hotel - Noi Bai International Airport (HAN)(Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.
