Day 1: Denpasar International Airport (DPS) - Aryaduta Bali (Welcome Dinner)

Arrive at Denpasar International Airport (DPS), transfer to the hotel for check-in.

4 times airport transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you arrive on time because the pick-up team must leave on time.(If your arrival time is quite different from what we provide, you can arrange to go to the hotel by yourself.)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm: Welcome dinner at hotel.

Overnight at Aryaduta Bali (Superior Room)

 

Day 2: Ubud - Kintamani - Tampak Siring (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Ubud.

The town of Ubud in the uplands of Bali, Indonesia, is known as a center for traditional crafts and dance. The surrounding Ubud District's rainforest and terraced rice paddies, dotted with Hindu temples and shrines, are among Bali's most famous landscapes. Enjoy an hour art workshop with DIY a beautiful painting by yourself. In this 1 hour, the master will explain on material used and the way to do the painting.

Lunch at local restaurant - Bebek lunch (Crispy Duck) at Ubud.

[Kintamani] is a name of country side located in the hill and the beautiful panorama surround it. We can see beautiful panorama from Kintamani Village to overview the active volcano of Batur Mount and wide Lake of Batur in a valley.

[Tampak Siring] it's also known as Tirta Empul Temple, is built around the sacred spring at Tampak Siring. Perpect stop to visit this temple after visit volcano at Kintamani Village. For more than a thousand years, Balinese worshippers have been drawn to Tirta Empul Temple whose sacred spring is said to have been created by Indra and to have curative properties. The tradition continues almost unchanged at the temple today. Over 1000 years old, the temple and its two bathing places have been used by the people for good health and prosperity because of the spring water's curative powers. But the main attraction at Tirta Empul Temple is a long rectangular pool carved of stone, filled with koi and fed by the sacred spring via 12 fountains.

Transfer back to Kuta.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer back to hotel.

Overnight at Aryaduta Bali (Superior Room)

 

Day 3: Taman Ayun - Bedugul - Tanah Lot (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Taman Ayun.

[Taman Ayun] It is a magnificent family temple of Mengwi empire. This is one of the most visited temple in Bali, both local and foreign tourists. Taman Ayun Temple is also one of six royal temples in Bali making it very important both spiritually and historically. The temple's name Taman Ayun translates to the 'Garden Temple in the Water'.

Transfer to Bedugul.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Bedugul] a mountain lake resort area in Bali, Indonesia, located in the centre-north region of the island near Lake Bratan.

[Tanah Lot] This temple is very beautiful in the particular of the sunset time. We can view this temple from several spot points with spectacular view of the ocean and sunset. We will find the temple a drift on the seawater when the water is going tide because this temple will be surrounded by the seawater.

Transfer back to Kuta.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer back to hotel.

Overnight at Aryaduta Bali (Superior Room)

 

Day 4: Tanjung Benoa (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Tanjung Benoa.

[Tanjung Benoa] is a peninsula that is a subdistrict of Kuta South District of Badung Regency on Bali. It is famous for its beaches. Tanjung Benoa is also a location of various water sports like banana boat, scuba diving, parasailing, rolling donuts, sea walker, flying fish, snorkeling.

Note: Water sport include Banana Boat. Other sports by own expenses.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Transfer back to hotel.

Dinner at local restaurant.

After dinner, Enjoy 2 Hours Baliness Spa.

Transfer back to hotel.

Overnight at Aryaduta Bali (Superior Room)

 

Day 5: Aryaduta Bali - Denpasar International Airport (DPS)  (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Denpasar International Airport (DPS) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
