Day 1: Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) - Hotel Majestic Saigon (Welcome Dinner)

Arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you arrive on time because the pick-up team must leave on time. (If your arrival time is quite different from what we provide, you can arrange to go to the hotel by yourself.)

Hotel check-in time is after 2:00pm, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you are unable to check-in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm: Welcome dinner at hotel's restaurant or function room. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Full day Mekong Delta Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, proceed to Cai Be and take a boat ride to Mekong Delta.

[Mekong Delta] The Mekong Delta in southern Vietnam is a vast maze of rivers, swamps and islands, home to floating markets, Khmer pagodas and villages surrounded by rice paddies. 

Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, a traditional rowboat journey will take you deeper into countryside, through narrow canals, to rest and experience peace among the natural surroundings. The cruise concludes mid-afternoon in the village of Vinh Long where your driver will meet you at the dock.

[Vinh Long] is located in the Mekong Delta region, about 140km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City. With a convenient location, this city is a good place for you to admire a riverside area with orchards and much unique beauty of local culture. Also, Vinh Long is a peaceful and rustic space to explore and visit.

Day 3: Half day Ho Chi Minh City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Ben Thanh Market, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon Central Post Office, Dong Khoi Street and Independence Palace.

[Ben Thanh Market] is one of the earliest surviving structures in Saigon and an important symbol of the city. Ben Thanh Market is a famous destination for many local and foreign tourists from all around the world.

[Notre Dame Cathedral] established by French colonists who initially named it the Church of Saigon, the cathedral was constructed between 1863 and 1880.

[Saigon Central Post Office] was constructed from 1886-1891 and depicts classic elements of Gothic, Renaissance and French colonial design.

[Dong Khoi Street] is one of the most well known Places to visit in Ho Chi Minh City that stands as a testimony to French colonial architecture. Now, it is mixed with high rise and populated with designer shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Independence Palace] is a landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was designed by architect Ngô Viết Thụ and was the home and workplace of the President of the Republic of Vietnam.

Enjoy Vietnamese Local Delicacies ~ Saigon Coffee + Banh Mi (bread) + Banh Xeo (fried spring roll).

Transfer back to hotel for free at leisure.

Farewell dinner at local restaurant.

Day 4: Hotel Majestic Saigon - Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this Trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
