Day 1:

Upon arrival at airport / train station, please make your own arrangement to the hotel.

The hotel’s check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes adjusts the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check-in, you can store your luggage and check-in again later.

Day 2: Full Day Chengdu City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

Breakfast in hotel.

After breakfast, proceed with Chengdu City Tour: Jinli Ancient Street, Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley, Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, and Walking Yuanyangli Square

[Jinli Ancient Street] Jinli Ancient Street is a well-known business in Chengdu. It consists of a large area of antique buildings in the late Qing Dynasty architectural style. It includes pedestrian dwellings, bars, brand stores, and the famous scenic spot Hou Wu Temple. There is a wall between Jinli Ancient Street and Wuhou Temple. After landing in Wuhou Temple, tourists will come here to stroll around. It is full of the noisy and casual atmosphere that is unique to Chengdu. Items with local characteristics, such as handmade leather bags, colorful cloth lanterns, etc., as well as old Chengdu craftsmen who make sugar paintings and dough kneaders. In addition, the various delicacies here will make you feel pity, Zhang Fei beef, peony flower, beef burnt cake, bobo chicken, etc., each with its own characteristics. When night comes, Jinli Ancient Street will light up red lanterns, and the cotton bars and teahouses are extraordinary. One of the more famous is the Lotus Mansion Bar, where local singers come to sing every night. If you are tired, you can have a rest here.

[Kuan Alley and Zhai Alley] Kuan, Zhai Alley is the only Qing Dynasty ancient street left in Chengdu. It is composed of three old-fashioned urban streets arranged in parallel, namely Kuan Alley, Zhai Alley, and Jing Alley, and the courtyard community in between. Come here, drink tea, eat hot pot, and feel the leisure life, slow life, and new life of Chengdu. At the food stall, feast on the dazzling array of snacks. The Kuan, Zhai alleys under the curtain of night are also unique. Bars such as Dianzui, Baiye, and Huli are full of Chengdu's fashion sense and bloom its charm at night.

[Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding] There are a lot of cute giant pandas, You can watch these cute national treasures up close. Located in the northern outskirts of the city center, about 10 kilometers away from the urban area, it is built to simulate the wildlife environment of giant pandas. The "Panda Villa" with a base landscape is closed leisure for pandas. There is an open-air garden and indoor air. When the weather is cool, the giant pandas will visit the garden. People can visit the cute giant pandas through the railings. When the weather is hot, the giant pandas hide in the air-conditioned room. It can only be watched through the glass.

Lunch at local restaurant - Sichuan cuisine.

Transfer back to hotel.

Dinner at own arrangement.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trip will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
