Gubei Water Town is a resort town with a unique northern style at the foot of the Simatai Great Wall. It is surrounded by mountains and rivers, simple and elegant. The inn and more than 10 cultural exhibition and experience areas, specialty shops, and restaurants, here you can see the majestic northern courtyard and the gentle Jiangnan water town, the quiet mountain and water town is also particularly intoxicating under the cover of night! Day 1:

Upon arrival at airport / train station, please make your own arrangement to the hotel.

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check-in again later.

Day 2: (8:00am - 8:00pm) Full-day Beijing Universal Resort Tour (Breakfast)

Proceed to Beijing Universal Resort by coach. *Including single-day tour ticket + round-trip transfer*

*Beijing Universal Resort will contain 7 theme parks, namely: Hollywood, Minions Paradise, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Future Water World, Kung Fu Panda, Transformers Base, and Jurassic World Nubra Island. You can also see that many of our familiar movie IPs will be included in the park we are going to.

Lunch and Dinner at own arrangement.

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3: (9:30am - 8:30pm) Gubei Water Town - Simatai Great Wall (Breakfast/Lunch)

Drive to Gubei Water Town at the foot of Simatai Great Wall.

[Gubei Water Town] Located on the northeast side of Miyun, Gubei Water Town is an ancient town scenic spot reconstructed on the basis of an ancient village. The ancient town is built on the water. It has the majesty of an ancient town in the north and the characteristics of a water town in the south of the Yangtze River. You can soak in hot springs, taste delicious food, and climb the Simatai Great Wall.

[Simatai Great Wall] Visit the Simatai Great Wall] Located in the north of Simatai Village, Gubeikou Town in the north of Miyun District, northeast of Beijing, it is close to Gubei Water Town and 120 kilometers away from Beijing. It belongs to the Yanshan Mountains. The five characteristics of cleverness are well-known in the world. The Simatai Great Wall starts from Wangjing Tower in the east and ends at Houchuankou in the west, with a total length of 5.7 kilometers. The Yuanyang Lake Reservoir divides the Great Wall into two sections. There are 16 enemy buildings in the east section and 19 enemy buildings in the west section, a total of 35 (including one destroyed in the water). In 1987, the Simatai Great Wall was included in the World Heritage List. It is the only ancient architectural site in China that retains the original appearance of the Ming Dynasty. It was designated as the "Original Great Wall" by UNESCO. The famous Chinese ancient architect Luo Zhewen once commented that "The Great Wall of China is the best in the world, and the Simatai Great Wall is even the best of the Great Wall of China." In 2012, the Simatai Great Wall was named "the top 25 scenic spots in the world not to be missed" by the British newspaper. *including upper and lower cable cars*

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.
