The Aquila Wildlife Sanctuary is Cape Town’s closest private wildlife sanctuary and a popular destination for travelers who want to see some of South Africa’s most impressive animals. Appreciate the fascinating through this more natural way Environment, travelers have the opportunity to discover the "big five" (elephant, lion, buffalo, leopard, and rhino).

Day 1: Cape Town International Airport (CPT) - Southern Sun Waterfront Cape Town (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport (CPT), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Half Day Cape Town City - Table Mountain tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast picks up for the morning half-day Cape Town City and Table Mountain tour.

Take a ride up to Table Mountain by Aerial Cableway (weather permitting). Tour of the 'Mother City' includes a drive past Houses of Parliament, City Hall, Cape Castle, and SlaveLodge, the Bo-Kaap Cape Malay District, and the Green Market Square.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Mojo Market] an exciting 7-day-a-week food and lifestyle market in beautiful Sea Point! From Live Music, Sports Screenings, 30 Food Stalls, and an artisan Retail offering – to 4 bars, one of which boasts the widest selection of beverages on Tap in the Southern Hemisphere, we truly have something for everyone!

Day 3: Aquila Private Game Reserve (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast check out and transfer to Aquila Game Reserve (approximate transfer time is 2 hours)

On arrival at the lodge have lunch and check into the lodge. Depart on the afternoon safari.

Transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Overnight at Aquila Private Game Reserve & Spa (Aquila Private Game Reserve)

 

Day 4: Spice Route - Cape Town (Breakfast/Lunch)

Morning game drive and breakfast at the lodge. Check out and transfer to Cape Town.

En-route visits the Spice Route Destination for a variety of tastings - The following 5 tastings are included:

Spice Route Wine Charcuterie pairing (5 wines paired with 5 Jewell's cured meats), CBC Craft beer (4 beers), De Villiers Milk chocolate (5 x 15g minibars), and Wilderer Spirits (3 spirits)

Lunch at the Spice Route.

Arrival at Cape Town.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Day 5: Cape Point (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, enjoy a full-day tour of Cape Point.

Transfer to Hout Bay and enjoy a half-hour cruise to Seal Island. Then continue on to Cape Point and reach the Cape of Good Hope, where the Indian and Atlantic Oceans meet.

Lunch at a local restaurant.

Visit to the Penguins at Boulders Beach.

Transfer back to hotel.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Day 6: Half Day Hermanus Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed for Hermanus Tour. 

Transfer to visit Hermanus. Visit an Abalone Farm for a tour and tasting.

Lunch at local Restaurant.

Transfer back to Cape Town.

Farewell Dinner arranged at Gold Restaurant. 

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 7: Southern Sun Waterfront Cape Town - Cape Town International Airport (CPT) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Cape Town International Airport (CPT) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Southern Sun Waterfront 4*

Located in Cape Town, 20 km from Cape Town International Airport, a 5-minute walk to Cape Town International Convention Centre and Long Street, 600 meters from the V & A Waterfront.

Attractions in the area include Two Oceans Aquarium, which is just over 1 km away, and Table Mountain, which is less than 6 km away.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a modern fitness center. All bright and spacious rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and air conditioning. Each room has an en suite bathroom, and some rooms have a seating area with a minibar and coffee machine.

A buffet breakfast is served daily, and it can also be served in the room. Guests can have a drink in the bar or coffee shop, while Yizani restaurant serves a strong South African cuisine. In-room dining service is available 24 hours.

Aquila Game Reserve 4*

Located within a 2-hour drive of Cape Town, Cape Town International Airport is 173 km away. Aquila hotel offers a safari experience with mountains and landscape views. The hotel boasts an outdoor swimming pool and an on-site spa.

Decorated in an African style with wooden furniture, each unit at Aquila features an outdoor shower and is equipped with a fan and a minibar that can be stocked on request. Some units offer a private patio/balcony offering views of the reserve.

Meals are included at Aquila, which features a triple-volume buffet restaurant with an upstairs viewing area boasting scenic views of the Karoo mountains. There is also a pool bar and cigar lounge available for drinks and snacks.

Home to the 'Big 5' wildlife species, guests can enjoy scheduled morning and afternoon safari game drives within an open 4 x 4 safari vehicle. Horse-back and quad-bike safaris can also be arranged.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)
