Day 1: Aksu Airport (AKU) - Tianyuan International Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Aksu Airport (AKU), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel’s check-in time is 2:00 pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Overnight at Tianyuan International Hotel

 

Day 2 : (9:30am - 9:00pm) Aksu - Kuqa (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Wensu Grand Canyon.

[Wensu Grand Canyon] This Red Canyon is the largest, it is also known as the King of Canyon, due to its geographical landforms that are very rare to see in other places. Its landform is unique among western mountains.

Lunch at local restaurant.

After that continue to Kuqa.

[Kuqa Royal Palace] It is known as "Kuqa Hereditary Prince's Palace". This area has combining style of Midland Region in China and Islam Cultural, a Kuqa Palace Pavillion, Towers and others. You will be able to understand the 190 years histories of the King families from the display of their cultural relics and you will be introduced to their unique meals.

[Kuqa Big Nang City] It consists of the Naan production, experiencing, snacks area, handicraft and cultural exhibition. You may participate and experience the process of making Naan.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Overnight at Kuche Grand Hotel

 

Day 3 : (9:30am - 5:00pm) Kuqa - Aksu (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, proceed to Kizil Gaha Beacon Tower.

[Kizil Gaha Beacon Tower] is the oldest, and well-preserved Feng Sui ruins among the Silk Road. It is located in the Golden Geographical Area of the Silk Road. It listed in the UNESCO Heritage Site, which high historical relic value. 

Lunch at local restaurant - Xinjiang cuisines

[Kizil Thousand Buddha Caves] Also known as "Kizil Grottoes" or "Hesel Grottoes", it is China's Buddhist Rock Cave. Currently, it has 235 grottoes, and its mural is bigger than 10,000 square meters.

Transfer back to Aksu.

[Aksu Old Street] It used to be a Garden during the Qing Dynasty, 15km from the city, the total area is 3.009 km² (the area of Summer Palace World Cultural Heritage Site is 2.97km²), near to the Old Summer Palace. It is built using the same idea of Jiangnan Garden, it is also one of the most well-preserved Palace Royal Garden, known as "The Royal Garden Museum".

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Overnight at Tianyuan International Hotel

 

Day 4 : (9:30am - 5:00pm) Aksu (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After Breakfast, proceed to Aksu Tagelake Village.

Visit a local village named "Ta Village" or "Tachun", a Tianshan Tomur Platform Sub-Scenic Spot that located in the Xinjiang Jengish Chokusu, the National Nature Reserve area. It rains frequently, full of flowers and grass on that huge area, you will feel like you are entering a wonderland.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Proceed to Awat County.

[Daolang tribe] This tribe contains the world level and autonomous region level of cultural relics -"Daolang Cultural". Understand cultural relics of Daolang People, discover their original life scene, showing the most complete Daolang's people's buildings, meals, handicrafts, and lifestyle.

Proceed to Aralto, visit the Tarim River that includes Aksu River, Hetian River and Yarkand River. Go through the Alar City, and enjoy sightseeing along the Tahe, including Populus Euphratica, Wetland Waterfowl, Agricultural Science and Technology and others.

Xinjiang Cuisine Dinner at local restaurant. 

Transfer back to hotel.

Overnight at Tianyuan International Hotel

 

Day 5 : Tianyuan International Hotel -  Aksu Airport (AKU) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Aksu Airport (AKU) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

By booking this trip, members understand that hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. The hotel may request the credit card to place a monetary hold of USD 50-200 for security deposit. By booking, members acknowledge having received notice of this potential charge and understand that recommended to use credit card rather than debit or bank card. Members understand that any such request made by the hotel is beyond our control and strictly hotel policy. Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
