Phu Quoc is the largest island in Vietnam that located in the Gulf of Thailand. Majority part of the island is area of Phu Quoc National Park that feature with mountains, dense tropical jungle, hiking trails and wildlife.

Duong Dong is the largest town, that mainly sell local crafts and fish in their market.

Day 1: Arrival Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) - Best Western Premier Sonasea Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

Transfer distance from Airport to hotel around 8.7km. 

The hotel’s check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

Welcome desk set up at hotel lobby, welcome drinks served upon arrival. 

7:00pm - Welcome Vietnamese Buffet / Set Dinner at hotel function room or restaurant, venue depending on the number of pax.

Day 2: Phu Quoc, Discover North of Island (Breakfast/Lunch)

6:30am - 8:00am: International Buffet Breakfast at Essence Restaurant.

8:15am: Gathering at hotel lobby.

8:30am: Guide pick up for the tour to North of Island.

9:50am: Arriving Grand World - consists of 979 bustling shophouses along 5 main streets with 3 subdivisions: Shanghai Street, Indochina Street and Mediterranean Street. Explore Venice River with romantic Gondola boats, the Centre Lake with musical fountain shows, a night market & the round-the-clock, vibrant Tropicana Square.

12:00noon: lunch at local restaurant.

3:00pm: Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3: Phu Quoc Island Boat Trip (Breakfast/Lunch)

6:30am - 10:30am: International Buffet Breakfast at Essence Restaurant.

After breakfast,  proceed to Island Boat Trip

9:00am: Meet at the pick up point and go to An Thoi harbor where you will board our boat and head to Mong Tay Island to swim and sunbathe. Then on to Gam Ghi Island to swim by the coral reef and snorkel alongside tropical fish. Indulge in a delicious lunch and check out the lovely beach at Mau Rut Island for more snorkeling.

4:30pm: Returning back to hotel and tour ends.

Day 4: Best Western Premier Sonasea - Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Phu Quoc International Airport (PQC) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon- 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this Trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
