Day 1: Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) - Pathumwan Princess Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

Our airport representative will be stationed at airport International Terminal, from 9:30am - 6:00pm.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time.(If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

Welcome desk set up at hotel lobby from 9:00am - 6:00pm.

7:00pm - Welcome Thai Buffet Dinner / Ala Carte Buffet Dinner at hotel's private function room or restaurant, venue depending on the number of pax.

Day 2 : (10:00am - 4:30pm) Full Day Bangkok Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, proceed to Golden Mount Temple, Flower Market, and Democracy Monument.

[Wat Saket] also known as the Golden Mount Temple, located on top of the only hill in Bangkok - Golden Mount, is an ancient temple that was called as "Wat Sakae" previously. The speciality of this temple are their Buddha Images, pagoda, scripture hall, and the Sri Maha Bodhi tree. Pay respect to the Buddha's Relic and make a wish to become true!

*Remarks* Visitors need to walk up and down about 320 stairs, not suitable for mobility impaired and elderly.

[Pak Khlong Talad] is the biggest flower market in Thailand. 

[Democracy Monument] was erected on 24 June 1939, located on Thanon Ratchadamnoen. There were 75 small cannons around the outer ring of the monument, the four wings are 24 meters high, and the six gates represent different policies, which is independence, internal peace, equality, freedom, economy and education.

Lunch at Baiyoke Sky - Enjoy the International Buffet at the best tallest viewpoints in Bangkok.

After lunch, enjoy a 2-hours Thai Traditional Massage.

Transfer back to hotel.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Day 3: Full Day Maeklong Railway Market + Damnoen Saduak Floating Market Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, proceed to Maeklong Railway Market and Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.

[Talad Rom Hub] known as Maeklong Railway Market, it was a hidden gem in Thailand. You will have the chance to see how the train passes through the middle market.

[Damnoen Saduak Floating Market] is located in Ratchaburi province, roughly 100km away from Bangkok, is one of the most popular floating markets in Thailand. Enjoy long tail boat riding along the Klong Damnoen Saduak - the straightest and longest canal in Thailand, and enjoy shopping local foods and products.

Lunch at local restaurant - Thai Set Menu.

Transfer back to hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
