Day 1: Jeju International Airport (CJU) - Grand Hyatt Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Jeju International Airport (CJU), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 3:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Full Day Jeju City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Haenyeo (Women's Diver) Museum.

[Haenyeo Museum] The establishment of this museum in 2003 is to introduce the unique activities and culture of Jeju's women divers. "Haenyeo" refers to female divers who dive into the ocean water to gather various shellfish and seaweed without any diving equipment. It exhibits various photos of haenyeo and their activities, to provide an accurate picture of their lives. The museum also has an observatory offering an excellent view of the Hado-ri area, which has a garden with various sculptures and a resting area.

[Seongsan Sunrise Peak] As many of you already know Sunrise Peak is one of Jeju Island’s representative attractions and is a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. 

Lunch at local restaurant - Seafood Steamboat with Live Octopus and Abalone.

After that, proceed to have a DIY Floral Perfume Making Experience.

Dinner at local restaurant - Ginseng Chicken Soup.

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3: Full Day Jeju City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Arte Museum.

[Arte Museum] Korea's largest immersive media art exhibition. Renovated what originally was a speaker manufacturing factory, the grand space of 4,600sqm with the maximum height of 10 meters presents you 10 new, colorful media art exhibitions through a mixture of light and sound. The media artworks provide a perfect immersive experience with its impactful visuals, sensuous sounds, and elegant fragrance.

Have a short break at Giwa Coffee Shop with a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch at local restaurant - Grilled Whole Hairtail Fish.

[Yacht Tour] You will be able to experience the most picturesquare sightseeing around the Island. (Including Wine and Snacks)

[Camellia Hill] A beautiful garden spanning 172,000 sq meter, you can see camellias, hydrangeas and chrysanthemums depending on the season.

Dinner at local restaurant - Black Pork BBQ.

Transfer back to hotel.

Overnight at Grand Hyatt Hotel 

 

Day 4: Half Day Jeju Tour (Breakfast/Dinner)

After breakfast, free at own leisure.

Lunch at own arrangement.

Proceed to  Dongmun Traditional Market.

[Dongmun Traditional Market]  established after the liberation in 1945. Due to a large fire that broke out in March 1954, the whole market and the nearby area was reduced to ashes. The market was then moved to its current location, keeping the original name. As one of the most popular traditional markets in Jeju, Dongmun has served countless customers, selling diverse items at inexpensive prices. As the representative traditional market of Jeju, the market is popular for fresh seafood.

Farewell dinner at local restaurant - Korean Traditional Dishes

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 5:  Grand Hyatt Hotel - Jeju International Airport (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Jeju International Airport according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

Important Notes

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
