Split is a port city in the south of Croatia, located on the east coast of the Adriatic Sea. It is the largest port in Dalmatia and a historic city, health resort, and tourist attraction in Croatia. The urban architecture of Split was developed with the Roman Emperor Diocletian’s Summer Palace as the core. In 1979, the Diocletian’s Palace, the center of the old city of Split, was included in the United Nations World Cultural Heritage, Split There are a large number of museums and art galleries in the city, with a large number of precious collections.

Dubrovnik is a port city in southeastern Croatia, with beautiful scenery and a pleasant climate. It is one of the most famous tourist resorts in Croatia and a well-known health resort. Dubrovnik has many monuments, these ancient buildings have Roman style, Gothic style, Renaissance style, and Baroque style. At the same time, the islands here are dotted with lush forests, clear waters, plenty of sunshine, and beautiful coastal scenery.

Day 1: Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) - Hotel Excelsior Dubrovnik (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Dubrovnik - Split (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, transfer to Split, the second-largest city of Croatia after Zagreb and the largest city in the region of Dalmatia. It lies on the eastern shore of the Adriatic Sea and is spread over a central peninsula and its surroundings.

[Peristil] this picturesque colonnaded ancient Roman peristyle (courtyard) lies at the very heart of Diocletian's Palace.

[The Golden and Silver Gates] the golden gate was originally called Porta Septemtrionalis but was renamed Porta Aurea (Golden Gate) by Venetians, which is what it is known as today. It is located on the northern wall of the palace adjacent to the Strossmayerov Park (Đardin) and the statue of Grgur Ninski. It is connected to a cardo, a north-south main street, leading to the central square of Peristil; this street is known as Dioklecijanova today. And the Silver gate was originally called Porta Orientalis but was renamed Porta Argentea (Silver Gate) by Venetians, which is known today. It is located on the eastern wall of the palace, adjacent to the main green market, Pazar, and the church of St. Dominic. It connects to the Decumanus, an east-west main street leading to the central square of Peristil and onto the Iron Gate, exiting onto the Pjaca Square.

Day 3: Split - Dubrovnik (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, transfer back to Dubrovnik.

[St. Lawrence Fortress] Yet another monumental and impressive fortress, the Fort of St. Lawrence, lies outside the city walls at the western entrance to the city. It proudly sits on its steep cliffs, 37 meters in height, and seeped in legends on how it came to be as well as the heroic acts of its guards and defenders. It dominates both the sea and land entrances to the city on the western side, and together with Bokar Fort, closes in and protects Dubrovnik's oldest harbour, Kalarinja. *entrance ticket included*

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts.
