Tbilisi is divided into two parts: the old city and the new city. The old city is waterfront, with crooked alleys, dilapidated castles, a church built in the 5th century, and the former Georgian palace. The new city is near the mountains, and people can go up and down the mountain by cable car.
Highlights

Tbilisi is the capital and political, economic, cultural, and educational center of Georgia. It is an important transportation hub in the Caucasus. It is located between the Greater Caucasus and the Lesser Caucasus, bordering the Kura River in central and eastern Georgia, and is also the largest city in Georgia. Tbilisi is divided into two parts: the old city and the new city. The old city is waterfront, with crooked alleys, dilapidated castles, a church built in the 5th century, and the former Georgian palace. The new city is near the mountains, and people can go up and down the mountain by cable car. At the foothills of the Surorak Mountains near the east of Tbilisi, ancient buildings such as convents and 18th-century churches have been preserved from south to north. On the ridge, there are broken ancient castles and a huge statue of "Mother Georgia" built after World War II, which is the symbol of the city.

Day 1: Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) - Radisson Blu Iveria (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport (TBS), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel’s check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Tbilisi - Abanotubani - Legvtakhevi Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

Explore the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, and wander the old districts of the city with its narrow streets, patterned balconies, and colorful houses.

[Abanotubani] Literally "bath district", and the well-known Sulfuric Baths. Abanotubani is an important historic part of the city: it is where according to a legend the King of Iberia, Vakhtang Gorgasali’s falcon fell, leading to a discovery of the hot springs and, subsequently, to the founding of new capital.

[Legvtakhevi] a beautiful pedestrian street with a little waterfall.

[Peace Bridge] Within the bridge walkway, the low-power linear LED arrays embedded in the glass railings are triggered by 240Motion sensors as the pedestrians pass, giving an impression that the bridge lights come on for each person setting foot on the bridge. Additionally, a message in Morse code that renders the periodic table of elements goes across two parapets every hour. The lights designer Martinaud considers this communication celebration of "life and peace between people".

Day 3: Tbilisi - Ananuri - Gudauri - Kazbegi (Breakfast/Lunch)

Departure to Aragvi Valley via military road. On the way, we will visit Fortress Ananuri. It is not only a historical place, but from here, you can also see the Zhinvali reservoir with an amazing panoramic view.

Lunch at local restaurant.

We will have a Kazbegi tour in Stepantsminda: Go up to Gergeti Trinity church to enjoy the amazing views, traveling by 4x4 Jeeps (2170m above the sea level). When the weather is fair, you will enjoy the stunning view on the Mountain Kazbeg (5147m), one of the highest peaks in Georgia.

Day 4: Full-Day Kakheti - Sighnaghi and Bodbe with Wine Degustation (Breakfast)

After breakfast, proceed for full-day Kakheti - Sighnaghi and Bodbe with Wine Degustation.

Day 5: Radisson Blu Iveria - Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Tbilisi Train Station is within 1 km and can be reached within a 7-minute drive, and Tbilisi International Airport is 17 km away.

By booking this trip, members understand that hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. The hotel may request the credit card to place a monetary hold of USD 50-200 for security deposit. Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this Trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
