Otaru, which has prospered as one of the best port cities in Hokkaido since a long time ago, is the most historical city in Hokkaido. There are many ancient buildings with more than 100 years of history around the Otaru Canal, which exudes a historical atmosphere.

Day 1: New Chitose Airport (CTS) - Sapporo View Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at New Chitose Airport (CTS), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Sapporo Full Day Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

9:00am: Morning picks up and transfers to :

[Sapporo Odori Park] is a park located in the heart of Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan. Ōdōri means "large street" in Japanese. It stretches east to west through Nishi 1 chōme, Ōdōri to Nishi 12 chōme, Ōdōri, and divides the city into north and south sections.

[TV Tower] built in 1957, is a 147.2-meter-high TV tower with an observation deck at a height of 90.38 meters. Located on the ground of Odori Park, in the northern city of Sapporo.

[Clock Tower] is a wooden structure and tourist attraction, located at North 1 West 2, Chūō-Ku, Sapporo, the largest city on the island of Hokkaidō, Japan.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Ishiya Chocolate Factory] Shiroi Koibito Park is a theme park by Ishiya, a local chocolate company. The company's flagship product is the Shiroi Koibito cookie. It is one of the most famous souvenirs from Hokkaido.

[Susukino Area] It is one of the major red-light districts in Japan. Currently, the district is congested with many restaurants, bars, hotels, and adult entertainment establishments.

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3: Sapporo - Otaru - Sapporo (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

8:00am: After breakfast, transfer to Otaru, is a city and port in Shiribeshi Subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan, northwest of Sapporo.

[Otaru Canal] is a classic staple when it comes to famous sightseeing spots of Hokkaido.

[Kitaichi Glass Museum] Set of shops selling items made from glass, such as decorative snow globes and kerosene lamps.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Orgel Music box museum] is a music museum in the Otaru Orgel-do II building in Otaru, Japan. It includes various examples of music boxes as well as CDs that have music box-esque versions of various songs.

[Nikka Whisky Yoichi Distillery] one of Japan's top whisky makers, has its main distillery in Yoichi.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 4: Free and Easy (Breakfast)

After breakfast, free at leisure.

Day 5: Sapporo View Hotel - New Chitose Airport (CTS) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to  New Chitose Airport (CTS) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
