 Day 1: Chenzhou Train Station - Chenzhou Fortunate Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Chenzhou Train Station, meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Gaoyi Ridge - Dongjiang Lake (Breakfast/Lunch)

After breakfast, proceed to Gaoyi Ridge.

[Gaoyi Ridge] Located in the west of Qiaokou Town, Suxian District, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, it is separated from Feitian Mountain and bordered by Yongxing County Bianjiang River. The terrain here is dominated by mountains and forests, with pleasant scenery and a forest coverage rate of 95%. Gaoyi Ridge mountain, water, springs, caves, villages, cliffs, and all-in-one, is an undeveloped virgin land of Danxia landform.  *included fee for Zipline, and admission to observation deck*

[Dongjiang Lake Scenic Spot] a 5A China's trourist attraction, you can enjoy the style of the Xiaodongjiang River and the foggy Xiaodongjiang River (appears in the morning and evening). You will be enjoy the scenery of the [Monkey Mountain Waterfall], and [Dongjiang Dam Exterior View] along the route. Visit "Natural Oxygen Bar" - [Longjing Canyon] (Longjing Waterfall, Longyin Waterfall, Yuanyang Waterfall, Lianli Tree, Longzi Stone, Longnv Stone, Longxin Stone, etc.). There are dense waterfalls, and old trees which attached to the rock and climbing wall, and the negative ions in the air are the highest among other attractions in China. Afterwards, take a boat tour to visit the vast Dongjiang Lake. It is pure and vast. The lake area is 160 square kilometers and the water storage capacity is 8.12 billion cubic meters, which is equivalent to half the water storage capacity of Dongting. Its water quality has reached the national first-class drinking water standard. Climb to the largest lake island in the East River and Lake - [Dousi Island], enjoy the world-class super-large karst cave - [Dousi Karst Cave]. *included fee for walk along Xiaodongjiang River, and enjoy the senery of foggy Xiaodongjiang. (better to go on 6:30 - 8:00am or 5:30 - 7:30pm for the best view, and depends on the whether)*

Transfer back to hotel.

Dinner at own arrangement.

At night, enjoy 90 minutes Foot Massage.

Day 4:  Chenzhou Fortunate Hotel - Chenzhou Train Station (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Chenzhou Train Station according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes

If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts.
