Day 1: Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) - Crowne Plaza CHENGDU PANDA GARDEN (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure. Recommendation: you can freely stroll around the hot pot town, Music Baihua Gu, Manhua Manor, and so on.

Day 2: (8:30am - 8:00pm) Chengdu - Leshan Giant Buddha - Mount Emei (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Leshan Giant Buddha.

[Leshan Giant Buddha] Leshan Giant Buddha, also known as Lingyun Giant Buddha, has been approved as "World Cultural and Natural Heritage" by UNESCO. It is a seated statue

of Maitreya Buddha, which is the finest piece of cliff sculpture art in the Tang Dynasty. *Include boat tour*

Lunch at local restaurant.

Proceed to the famous Mount Emei Scenic Area. *Including ticket + sightseeing car + cable car up and down*

[Mount Emei] is one of the four famous mountains of Chinese Buddhism and the dojo of Samantabhadra. There are many monasteries in the mountains, which makes this place full of magic.

Proceed to Golden Summit.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Overnight at Jin Ding Hotel (Yuexia Building)


Day 3: (9:00am - 8:30pm) Mount Emei - Huanglongxi Ancient Town - Chengdu (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, take a bus to visit the Golden Summit.

[Golden Summit] is the top of Mount Emei. The golden statue of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva on all sides and ten directions on the Golden Summit is a must-visit place for many tourists to Emei Mountain.

[Baoguo Temple] Located at the foot of Fenghuangping in Emeishan City, Sichuan Province, it is one of the key temples in the country, the first temple in Mount Emei, the location and activity center of the Mount Emei Buddhist Association.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Huanglongxi Ancient Town] A history of more than 1700 years. There is an ancient Qingshiban street, which is integrated with ancient arches, temples, buildings and dwellings. The traditional folk custom "burning fire dragon" in the town is magnificent, and it is called "the hometown of Chinese fire dragon".

Transfer back to Chengdu.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Day 4: (9:00am - 8:30pm) Chengdu Full Day Tour (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, drive to visit the panda base *including battery car*.

[Panda Breeding Base] There are many cute giant pandas in the base. You can watch these cute national treasures up close. The base is located in the northern suburbs of Chengdu, about 10 kilometers away from the urban area. The construction completely simulates the wild living environment of giant pandas, with lakes, streams, bamboo forests, lawns, etc. There are many "panda villas" on the base, which are closed leisure places for pandas. There are open-air gardens and indoor lounges. When the weather is cool, the giant pandas will play in the garden. Visitors can watch the cute giant pandas through the railings. When the weather is hot, the giant pandas hide in the air-conditioned lounge. You can only watch through the glass.

[Chunxi Road] is the fashion center of Chengdu and a gathering place for local food and beautiful women. Visiting this most representative commercial pedestrian street in Chengdu, tasting delicious food, and seeing eye-catching beauties is a must-do when you come to Chengdu.

[Taikoo Li] Chengdu Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li is an open, low-density block-shaped shopping mall. Numerous international fashion retail, gourmet restaurants, and cultural brands bring a dual life experience of fast play and slow life.

Transfer back to hotel.

Day 5: Crowne Plaza CHENGDU PANDA GARDEN - Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport (CTU) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Important Note

The hotel is located on the top of a scenic mountain. You must take the bus from Baoguo Temple Station or Wuxiangang Station at the foot of Shanjiao to Jinding before 14:00 (the mountain gate will be closed at 12:00 during the National Day of the Spring Festival, and you must Morning mountain) in order to ensure that you can enter the scenic spot and take the ropeway. The traffic control of the scenic spot throughout the year prohibits self-driving up the mountain. The shuttle bus operation time of the scenic spot is 07:00-16:00, the operating time of the cableway of the scenic spot is 06:00-17:30, and the scenic spot is halfway. Mountainside (zero-kilometer mountain gate) opening hours 07:00-16:30 (holidays 07:00-12:00), the opening hours of the scenic spot will be adjusted under special circumstances, please call the hotel in advance to consult, the hotel does not accept after the check-in time has passed Cancellation for any reason.

The hotel is located on the Golden Summit of Mount Emei, with an altitude of 3,079 meters, which is prone to high altitude reactions. The medical aid station in Jinding area is located in the Leidongping parking lot. Therefore, the hotel recommends: If you have a history of high blood pressure, heart disease, etc., living in high mountains, please carefully consider staying in Jinding. If you feel unwell after arriving at Jinding, especially elderly guests and young children, it is recommended that you go down the mountain before the Jinding ropeway stops.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)
