Visit Chiang Rai, the northernmost city in Thailand, visit Chiang Rai hot springs, Garden Chui Fong Tea Plantation, magnificent White Temples, and the Golden Triangle, one of the country’s hotspots. The rich historical and cultural attractions are worth checking out.

Day 1: Arrival Chiangmai International Airport (CNX) - Le Meridien Chiangmai (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Chiangmai International Airport (CNX), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel’s check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Chiangmai - Chiangrai (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to join Mahout Program at Kanta Elephant Sanctuary.

[Kanta Elephant Sanctuary] offers visitors an enjoyable opportunity to spend quality time with elephants in their natural home, as well as gain an insight into their history and behavior, and create cherished lifelong memories of their time spent with these amazing animals with friendly, happy elephants in a safe and sustainable environment.

Lunch at Elephant Camp.

Trransfer to Chiangrai. En Route, visit Mae Kachan Hot Spring.

[Mae Kachan Hot Spring] is located in Chiang Rai province. You can boil an egg in minutes in the 80 C water of the Mae Kachan Hot Spring. The water from the main geyser is too hot for bathing, so instead there are separate pools where you can soak your feet in the naturally warm water and relax amid the gardens.

[Phar Yod Khun Pon Paradise Temple] there are traces related to the history of the old Wiang Kalong City; whether it is an ancient kiln and glazed tiles which express culture, traditions, and historical traces an area surrounded by valleys, abundant streams, and rivers flowing through it. And, some parts of the area are in the area of the National Forest.

Day 3: Chiangrai - Chiangmai (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Doi Tung Royal Palace and Garden Chui Fong Tea Plantation.

[Doi Tung Royal Palace] Visit and appreciate the beautiful architecture of DoiTung Royal villa or The Princess Mother’s Royal Villa that blends the Lanna style with modesty, surrounded SuanMae FaLuangGarden is in the front of DoiThungRoyal Villa, its 10 Rai area contains more than 70 species of winter flowers and plants.

[Garden Chui Fong Tea Plantation] Nestled in the outskirts of Chiang Rai, the Chui Fong Tea plantation comes to the freshest brewed tea leaves that produce all that Thai iced tea you’ll be having on your trip.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Tham Luang Nang Non-Cave] is a karstic cave complex beneath Doi Nang Non, a mountain range on the border between Thailand and Myanmar.

[White Temple] modern architectural masterpiece.

Transfer back to Chiangmai.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Overnight at Le Meridien Chiangmai


Day 4: Free and Easy (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Chiangmai International Airport (CNX) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

is located on Chang Klan Road in Chiang Mai, a short walk from Tha Pae Gate and Warorot Market. Located within the famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, it is 7 kilometers from Chiang Mai International Airport and 25 kilometers from Doi Suthep Temple.

The hotel provides luxurious accommodation space and combines a European-style interior and charming Lanna Thai style. Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this Trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
