Zhangye, formerly known as Changyeh or Kanchow, is a prefecture-level city in Gansu. Dunhuang is a city that is located in Gansu, where it is well-known for their Gobi Desert.

Day 1: Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport (LHW) - Wyndham Lanzhou Haiyue (Welcome Dinner)

Upon Arrival at Lanzhou Zhongchuan Airport (LHW), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Overnight at Wyndham Lanzhou Haiyue


Day 2 : (9:30am - 9:00pm) Lanzhou-Kuqa (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Wuwei, g1o through Wuqiao Mountain, Hexi Corridor, and enjoy Gobi Desert's view.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Leitai] Best place to visit in Silk Road. The Leitai Han Tomb is famous for their symbolic bronze galloping horse.

Continue proceed to Zhangye City.

[Pingshanhu Grand Canyon] It has been written into the "China National Geographic" magazine. Pingshanhu Grand Canyon is comparable with Zhangjiajie and Colorado Grand Canyon by the Geological Experts and the tourists. Enjoy the colorful Danxia Karst landform.  

Dinner at local restaurant - Ganzhou Feast.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Overnight at Zhangye Hotel

 

Day 3 : (8:00am - 8:00pm) Zhangye - Qilian - Zhangye (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Qilian.

[Zhuoer Mountain] It is known as "Musician Collection Base" and "Photographer Creation Base". The overview from the top of the Zhuoer Mountain is wide, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from a 360-degree view without blocking.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Transfer to Zhangye, enjoy sightseeing along Biandukou Ecology Leisure Tourism Area.

Dinner at local restaurant - Dunhuang Feast.

Transfer back to hotel.

Overnight at Zhangye Hotel

 

Day 4 : (9:00am - 9:30pm) Zhangye - Jiayuguan - Dunhuang (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Jiayuguan.

[Jiayuguan City] It was the most Western gate of Great Wall during the Ming Dynasty. It is the largest and well-maintain gate. 

Lunch at local restaurant.

Enjoy sightseeing along Yumen, Guangzhou wind power industry base.

[Giant Sculpture in the Desert] This sculpture is built of rough red sandstone, with 15m length, 4.3m height, and 9m wide. It is a sculpture of a baby lying on the ground and sleep peacefully.

Dinner at local restaurant - Desert Style Feast.

After dinner, proceed to enjoy "Encore Dunhuang" classic performance *Normal seat*.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Overnight at Dunhuang Gloria Grand Hotel

 

Day 5 : (8:00am - 7:30pm) Dunhuang (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast, proceed to Mogao Caves.

[Mogao Caves] Ranked as the first among the four biggest grottoes in China. It was built during the Qin Dynasty and is a treasure for cultural heritage.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Moon Spring] Explore the National 5A level scenic spot with camel riding.

Transfer back to Dunhuang.

Dinner at local restaurant.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Overnight at Dunhuang Gloria Grand Hotel

 

Day 6 : Dunhuang Gloria Grand Hotel - Dunhuang Airport (DNH) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Dunhuang Airport (DNH) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Wyndham Lanzhou Haiyue 5*

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 20 persons. If less than 20 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes

If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
