Beppu is a city located in the central part of Oita Prefecture, Japan. Beppu is a city with diverse hot spring cultures in the name of the hot spring industry. The most famous is the Hell of Blood Pond and Beppu Bayu.

The most famous is the Hell of Blood Pond and Beppu Bayu. The city has more than 200 public hot springs, and the number of springs and the richness of spring quality is also some of the few in the world. Approximately 2,700 hot springs are located in an area of approximately 50 square kilometers in the urban area, making it the largest hot spring area in Japan. What is most interesting to tourists is the application of natural geothermal heat to "food", and the unique cooking method of Beppu that uses the hot springs to steam various delicacies of mountains and seas.

Day 1: Fukuoka Airport (FUK) - Miyako Hotel Hakata (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Fukuoka Airport (FUK), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7:00pm - Welcome Dinner at hotel. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Fukuoka - Beppu (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

8:00am: Morning picks up and transfers to Beppu. En route, visit:

[Yufuin Floral Village] is the amusement facility that recreated the street of the Cotswolds region in England, which was also used as the location for Harry Potter.

[Kinrin Lake] is famous for its morning mists created when water welling up from hot and cold springs mix. Its name came from a Confucian scholar who spotted a gold-scaled fish in the waters around sunset one day.

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Jigoku Meguri] - also known as Sea hell or Blood Pond Hell, a nationally designated "Place of Scenic Beauty" in the onsen town of Beppu, Ōita, Japan. The "hells" are for viewing rather than bathing.

[Beppu Beach Sandbath] Settling into steaming hot sands while enjoying views of the waves is an uncommon pleasure, and healthy as well. The sands are heated by waters rich in sodium-hydrogen carbonate, which can alleviate a host of health issues and boost general well-being.

Transfer to hotel and check-in.

Dinner at hotel - Japanese Cuisine.

Day 3: Beppu - Fukuoka (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

8:00am: After breakfast, transfer to visit :

[Beppu ropeway] The largest Ropeway in Kyushu with a maximum riding capacity of 101 passengers takes you through the 10 minutes journey to 1300 meters above sea level. *Round Trip*

Lunch at local restaurant.

[Dazaifu Tenman-gu] is a Shinto shrine in Dazaifu, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. It is built over the grave of Sugawara no Michizane (845–903) and is one of the main shrines dedicated to Tenjin, the deified form of Michizane.

After breakfast, transfer to Fukuoka Airport (FUK) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults.
