Day 1:  Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) - Melia Hotel (Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport (HAN), meet and greet then transfer to the Hotel.

4 times arrival transfer provided: 10:00am - 1:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm, please make sure you meet the driver on time at arrival hall because the pick-up team will leave airport on time. (If your arrival time differs from what we provide, please arrange your own transport to hotel)

The hotel's check-in time is 2:00pm onward, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you cannot check in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

7.00pm: Welcome Vietnamese Buffet / Set Dinner at hotel function room or restaurant, venue depending on the number of pax.

Day 2: Hanoi Half Day City Tour (Breakfast/Lunch)

6:00am - 8:00am: International Buffet breakfast at hotel.

8:00am - 9:30am: Visit to Ho Chi Minh complex including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his house-on-stilts and the One-Pillar pagoda.

9:30am - 10:20am: Continue on to the Temple of Literature - the first university of Vietnam & the place dedicating to Confucian. 

10:30am: Back to Hanoi Old Quarter to visit the Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. 

11:15am: Taking 1 hour on mini green car around Old Quarter.

12:15pm - 1:15pm: Lunch at local restaurant - Vietnamese set menu lunch with 1 unit drink per pax.

1:30pm: Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3: Halong Bay Excursion (Breakfast/Lunch)

6:00am - 7:45am: International Buffet breakfast at hotel.

7:45am: Transfer to Halong Bay. On the way to Halong City, enjoy the journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta and the scenery of rice Fields, water buffalo and everyday Vietnamese Village life. 

11:45am: Arrive in Halong, aboard a traditional junk. 

Lunch on cruises with 1 unit drink served.

The boat cruises the bay enjoy the beautiful limestone seascape Heaven Cave with various shapes of stalagmites. Have a view to Dog Islet, Incenses Burning Islet.

3:00pm: Disembark and driver will take you back to Hanoi. Free at leisure.

Day 4: Hanoi - Ninh Binh Boat Trip with Lunch (Breakfast/Lunch)

6:00am - 9:00am: International Buffet breakfast at hotel.

Ninh Binh Boat Trip with Lunch

8:00am: Pick up at you hotel and head out for Ninh Binh (2 hours driving). There is beautiful roadside scenery on the way. Arriving in Ninh Binh city, we visit Bich Dong Grotto, climb up the mountain to have a wonderful perspective view of the Bich Dong and Tam Coc.

Continue to Tam Coc.

Lunch at local restaurant with many local delicacies included 1-unit drink per pax.

Boarding s small sampan to visit Tam Coc, which means literally "three caves". With Halong bay type views of majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious caves, as well as countryside landscape like peaceful streams, rice paddies & deserted green fields, Tam Coc really has it all. You will feel the fresh air and peaceful moments, very good opportunities for photo lovers, freezing the special moments and scenery.

Transfer back to Hanoi.

Dinner at own arrangement.

Day 5: Melia Hotel - Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) (Breakfast)

After breakfast, transfer to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) according to your departure time.

4 times departure transfer provided: 6:00am - 9:00am - 12:00noon - 3:00pm, please make sure you are in the hotel lobby on time, because the team will leave on time.

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

Important Notes

It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts.
